Meditation and Dharma

We start with 10 minutes of guided meditation that flows into 20 minutes of silent sitting, a short Dharma Talk, and community reflection.  We’re exploring the Satipatthana Sutta - the Discourse on the Establishment of Mindfulness from the Buddha at a leisurely pace, with pauses for poetry from time to time.

This is a drop-in practice session. There’s no expectation to follow from week to week. You’re welcome, but not obliged, to listen to the recordings of past teachings.

5:05-5:25 - Dharma Reflection from HaiAn
5:25 - 5:45 - Community Wisdom Sharing
* Feel free to join up until 5:05pm Eastern Time Zone (NYC, Toronto, etc…) If you need to leave early, do so quietly. Make this work for you!
