I can help.

I help people to get in touch with their body’s wisdom to find more healing, clarity and peace in the midst of life’s challenges.

My experience stems from 9 years of monastic training and a 20-year meditation practice. I am certified by the International Mindfulness Teacher’s Association and completed the 2-year Meditation Teacher Training Program with True North Insight. I have also trained in Somatic Experiencing (a body-oriented trauma therapy) and Mindful Awareness and Resilience Skills for Adolescents (MARS-A.) My approach is always embodied and emergent.

To see if we’re a good fit, book a free, 20-minute conversation. If you already know me and want to dive in, book a full hour-long session. I work with people on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.

I offer these sessions on a sliding scale - $150-80CDN/hour depending upon your means.

I hold several pay-what-you-can spaces for those in need - reach out to see if any are available.

*Please note that my work as a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) is a different body of work, oriented primarily at addressing mental health challenges, though I also employ a mindfulness and somatic approach.
